In preserved fruit processing, citric acid can penetrate fruit fiber to balance sweet and sour flavor, reduce the dosage of potassium sorbate in the antiseptic system of sugar water, and cut down the irritating taste brought by single preservatives.
Category 3: Dairy and Baking Pastry Industry
